Fatigue Avoidance Scheduling Tool (FAST)

The Fatigue Avoidance Scheduling Tool (FAST™) is a tool used for measuring fatigue effects on pilots' performance. It is use in practice for scheduling flight duties. It was developed by the the United States Air Force (Wikipedia, 2008 ¹).
