Colgan Air Flight 3407: Dead Tired

Synopsis

On 12th February 2009, a Colgan Air Flight 3407 stalled at 2,200 feet and plunged into a residential area near Buffalo, New York, killing all 49 peoples on board and 1 person on the ground. The US National Transportation Safety Board concluded that cause of the crash was pilot error. Several critical errors made by the flight crew may have been the result of fatigue (Wikipedia, 20112).
